Fill out the online form and press the “Submit Form” button. It’s that easy!
What are the methods of payment for a Cropping Circle event? Cropping Circle accepts Visa, MasterCard or personal checks. Personal checks should be made payable to Cropping Circle and mailed to P.O. Box 427, Metuchen, NJ 08840. You can also mail us your credit card information at this address. Upon receipt of registration, you will receive an e-mail confirmation and event updates. What can I expect on my Cropping Circle weekend? You can expect three days of fun, fun, fun! Themed contests, raffles, layout contests, scrapbooking classes, pampered spa sessions, fabulous wining and dining, and lots more! Cropping Circle offers luxuries you will find at no other Crop. First, unlike any other weekend Crop, all meals are included. The kiosks are open from _____ a.m. to _____ p.m. and are always stocked with fresh fruit, snacks, beverages, candy and more to satisfy every cropper’s cravings. Cropping Circle also hosts a wine and cheese party on Saturday evening, to offer the opportunity to gather and socialize with all of the other croppers. We also offer spa services, a variety of scrapbooking classes, a computer room with color printers for your use, on-site vendors, indoor heated swimming pool, plus scrapbooking accommodations including Quick Kutz station, 4’ of table space (1’ more than any other Crop!), amazingly comfortable, plush swivel chairs and a multitude of other luxuries that will pamper and delight you all weekend long!
What kinds of meals/snacks are provided during the weekend? One of the unique aspects of Cropping Circle’s crops is that all meals all included! You will not find this at any other weekend Crop! Meals include a sumptuous Friday night dinner buffet, Saturday and Sunday continental breakfast at the kiosk, Saturday lunch at the beautiful Cuisine restaurant located in the hotel, the decadent Saturday seafood buffet also at the Cuisine restaurant, a complimentary wine and cheese party on Saturday evening, and our famous Sunday departure lunch of chicken fingers, seasoned fries and Caesar salad. As far as snacks, unless there is a beverage or snack you can absolutely not live without, you will find that Cropping Circle crops provide everything that you will need for the weekend. Our kiosks are open from _____ a.m. to _____ p.m. and are always well stocked with fresh fruit, snacks, candy and beverages.
Can I really crop all night if I want to? Yes, our crop rooms are available 24 hours a day. We do ask that the last cropper contact the front desk to lock up the room (if Cropping Circle staff is not available). And should you want the crop rooms open in the early morning before the staff is there, just dial O from the house phone and the hotel will open the crop room for you.
What time are we required to clean up/leave on Sunday? Our crops draw to a close at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday. We ask that croppers begin to clean up their workspace at 2:00 p.m. to ensure that the rooms are completely cleared out by 3:00 p.m.
How much cropping space will I have? One of the best parts of Cropping Circle Crops is the cropping tables and chairs! Each cropper gets 4’ of table space, one extra foot more than any other Crop. Our chairs are soft, cushioned, plush, swivel armchairs that you will find luxurious and delightful! Croppers, you can leave those seat cushions at home!
Can I sit with my friends? Absolutely. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests to sit you with or near your friends. We ask that you make your seating requests at the time that your register for the Crop.
Are there contests and prizes? Of course! Cropping Circle offers many contests and prizes throughout the weekend. Cropping Circle always has layout contests to get the inspirational juices of our croppers flowing. We also raffle off a dozen themed baskets on Saturday evening. Each cropper receives raffle tickets when they arrive, but can earn more tickets in a variety of ways, increasing your chances of winning!
How many people attend Cropping Circle events? Cropping Circle averages around ________ croppers at each event, and growing! Our reputation has grown so that Crops are sold out by word of mouth, and are sold out quickly. So if you want to experience this wonderful event, we suggest you register early or sign up on our mailing list so reminders and event news can be sent to you on a regular basis.
Are children allowed at Cropping Circle events? Cropping Circle hosts one crop per year that includes children between the ages of 6 and 99! CAMP CROP (hosted in August) features two designated crop rooms with one for our Camp Crop Program and a separate “Adult Only” Crop Room. Croppers may choose All Adult Crop Room and activities (all weekend long) or the Mother/Child Camper program in separate crop room (Friday at 4 p.m. to Saturday at 5 p.m.) The Kids Camper package offers scrapbook & specialty craft classes, PJ party, Swimming, Friday night dinner & movies. Our other three crops during the year are for croppers ages 16 and older.
What should I wear to a Cropping Circle Crop? We recommend that you wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a sweatshirt just in case. Also, don’t forget to pack your favorite p.j.’s, and slippers because that’s everyone favorite attire to crop in after dinner! Also, pack a bathing suit if you want to take advantage of the North Maple Inn’s indoor heated swimming pool.
Will I have a good time if I come alone? Absolutely. Cropping Circle can assure you that you will meet and make new friends at our Crops. You will find that our croppers are a group of warm, loving people that just can’t wait to meet new croppers, find common interests, exchange stories, discuss new cropping techniques, or just chat. We can guarantee you will walk away from one of our Crops with some new friends!
How do I change or cancel a class? You can change or cancel a class up to 72 hours before the class by contacting our Class Coordinator, Veronica McAleer, at "mailto:vmcaleer@jcha.us" vmcaleer@jcha.us. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests to ensure that you have the best Cropping Circle experience possible!
How do I change or cancel my Cropping Circle event reservation? What is your cancellation policy? To change or cancel your reservation, please contact us at 732-549-0240. Cropping Circle asks for at least six (6) weeks notice for a cancellation in writing. In the event that we are notified after (6) six weeks, cancellation will result in a loss of monies paid.
How do I inquire about vendor openings? If you are interested in becoming a vendor at one of our Crops, please contact Cropping Circle at croppingcircle@optline.net croppingcircle@optline.net or call us at 732-549-0240.
How do I inquire about teaching at a Cropping Circle event? If you interested in teaching at one of our Crops, you must first fill out a Class Interest Form for review and consideration. You can obtain a form by sending a request to our Class Coordinator, Veronica McAleer, at vmcaleer@jcha.us. The form will describe the guidelines and process for submitting a sample for consideration as a class. Please note that there is a strict timeline for submitting class samples for upcoming Crops which will be strictly adhered to.
