Croppers enjoy roomy 4-foot wide cropping table space with comfy conference style chairs, and indulge in round-the-clock cropping, a variety of onsite vendors, activities, raffle prizes,
full food and beverage service (all meals, snacks & beverages). The Heldrich Business Center offers complimentary Internet access and printing (journaling) for your convenience.

The Heldrich Spa offers a holistic approach to rejuvenate the body, revitalize the soul and relax the mind. Immerse yourself in the all-encompassing pleasures of a body massage or the
quiet daydream of a wrap. Rejuvenate with one of a variety of facials or pamper yourself with a luxurious manicure or pedicure treatment. Conveniently located one floor above the crop room.

CROPtober features many onsite Scrapbook vendors, and will also offer croppers two ways to make cash on site. The ever popular CA$H FOR GOLD reps will be onsite Saturday to purchase
unwanted, damaged, mismatched gold jewelry (perhaps something from your ex?) and you do receive cash in hand. In addition we will be holding our first ever Garage Sale on
Sunday, October 18th offering croppers a place to sell those unwanted / unused "must haves" acquired over the years of scrappin (we feel your pain).
Garage Sale table fees will be donated to cover some medical expenses for a fellow cropper and good friend of ours.

This exclusive Crop Event begins with Hotel check-in 4 pm on Friday, October 16th and ends Sunday, October 18th hotel check-out at noon; Crop Room check-out 3:00 p.m.
Overnight package prices include luxury single or double room accommodations at The Heldrich, (choice of one King bed or two Double beds per room), with full amenities,
Wireless High Speed Internet service in your guest room and access to the Fitness Center & Heated Indoor Swimming Pool.
Package rates listed on the website Registration form, starting at $145 per person for Saturday 8am to Midnight. Cropping, Spa Services, Vendors, Prizes, Gourmet Food & Beverage.
