On October 16th 2004, mr. RAY celebrated the release of his long-awaited album, 'Songs From The Kids' Lounge.'
Nearly 600 fans attended the Record Release Party to help launch the musical sophomore effort.
There was a live performance by mr. RAY and the Kids' Lounge Singers, as well as appearances by the characters,
Kalien the Alien, Zibby The Zebra, George The Groovy Giraffe & Lady Bug.
Many activities were there for the kids, such as face painting, tattoos, much to nibble on, including
cookies in the shapes of the characters from mr. RAY songs...and a very cool coloring contest.
Check out some of those pictures by the children, click the mr. RAY's guitar!
Judging from the smiles on the faces, it looks like every had a super time!
Look for more activity/performance-packed events like this in Spring and Summer '05!
Thanks for coming out that day...

Dear mr. RAY,
Your record release party was a big hit and the new record is amazing. The words
in your songs are a wonderful
inspiration and learning
experience for our children, every song teaches them something! It's not just
music.
Again we had a great time at the party (it was so worth the long drive), the
children love the CD and
are having fun wearing their
T-shirts with Mr. Ray on them.
Love your friends on Long Island
Mary Jo, Moses, Joseph & Ariana W

Hi mr. RAY,
I just wanted to let you know what a great time we had on Saturday. Your new Cd is just fantastic.
We have already have some favorites that we sing all the time. Thanks for making your music.
Camille is starting to say that she would like to have another Mr. Ray birthday party again.
You are very talented and we would
love to see you get national recognition. Thanks for giving us more music to
enjoy.
All the best,
Lisa L

mr. RAY -
I was recently turned onto mr. RAY
thanks to my cousin and her kids loving
his music. He sang at her daughter's birthday party in June. I have 2 kids
who now won't let me turn his CD off while in the car. He's winning over
The Wiggles... We heard his music this weekend at the CD release party.
What fun. My 2 year old kept calling to the giraffe and my other niece, all
the way in from Reno, NV, kept pointing to Zibby (I think that's the zebra's
name. Anyway, we live near Cherry Hill and I wondered when or if mr. RAY
comes so far south. If he does, where and when will that be?
Thanks for such great and fun music, even for me :)
Sincerely,
Loren R

mr. RAY,
Great job the other day. William and I had a great time and we are already
addicted to the CD.
William keeps saying "I want to
hear the monster song again!" I guess with Halloween coming it is an appropriate
song!
And, what a turnout! Was anyone from the press there to cover it?
By the way, one other small item...I don't know if I told you but my husband and
I are expecting
a baby in May! Just thought you'd
like to know.
Talk to you soon! Mary
